1. Invest in re-usable bags. California outlawed plastic bags to be used in grocery stores, charging 10 cents for each paper bag given to customers. Start with 2-3 bags and reduce the amount of bags you actually use. Don’t forget to ask for a discount, some retailers will reduce your cost for utilizing your own bags.

2. Replace burnt-out light bulbs with LED lights. Now, don’t go replacing all the bulbs in your home with LED all at once or you will find yourself in a situation with no lights when the bulbs life ends. This way, you’re moving in the eco-friendly direction, but not wasting the traditional light bulbs you already own.

3. Did you know: The air inside your home is actually five times more polluted than the air you breathe outdoors? We use a lot of chemical in our homes to get them clean and bacteria free. Many of us use air fresheners that actually pollute the air and can damage the lungs. Try activated charcoal as a natural air purifier. A fantastic way to purify indoor air is with activated charcoal, also referred to as activated carbon. It's odorless, highly-absorptive and works wonders with eliminating toxins and moisture from the air. #fitfam #fitnessblogger #trainhard #fitnessgoals# healthylifestyle #practiceandalliscoming #personaltrainer #eatclean #cleaneating #nopainnogain #livecolorfully #livethelittlethings #darlingmovement #lifestyle #livingglam #lifetips #loveyourlife #liveyourlife
