After you push the "buy" button on our website, you purchase the item. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday with the exception of major holidays. Orders received before 12 Noon EST will ship same day.

We accept the following four major credit cards: Visa Mastercard Discover American Express & PayPal Once your order leaves our building, the shipping method you chose during checkout determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your doorstep. Items shipping via UPS Ground usually arrive within 1–6 business days. Unfortunately, no guarantee of delivery time is offered by UPS. The UPS shipping options are as follows: Standard (UPS SurePost) UPS Ground UPS Second Day (2nd business day delivery) UPS Overnight (next business day delivery)

As an e-commerce business, internet fraud is one of our foremost concerns. With this in mind we use leading technology to ensure your data is never compromised. Likewise we use stripe to handle all payment transactions. Thus all payment data is captured by Stripe who are regarded as one of the most secure card payment systems in the United States. Your name and address information is captured by our secured server which is SSL compliant and this information is only used to process your order and ensure its timely delivery. We don't store bank details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd Parties other than couriers to allow for delivery of your order and give you the option of changing your preferences should you wish to do so. We ask for the basic minimum data from you to process your orders and we don't scrape any hidden data from your computer.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything from Mack Odor Blasters. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, simply return the item within 30 days. Refunds and exchanges DO NOT include return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. This means that the customer will bear the cost of shipping the returned item, and we will refund the cost of the item + original shipping cost. Shipping cost are non-refundable and will be deducted from the price of the item.
